Digital delivery<\/h2>\n

Codes, keys, and gift cards are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. They appear under My Account \u2192 Orders and may also be sent to the email address on the order. Direct top-ups are credited to the Player ID or account information supplied by the customer.<\/p>\n

Physical hardware and accessories must be paid online during checkout before dispatch. Delivery fees are calculated according to the selected wilaya and delivery method. The checkout total includes both the product price and the selected delivery fee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Silver Gaming may contact the customer by telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm the name, phone number, wilaya, commune, delivery address, delivery method, order contents, and total. Hardware is prepared for dispatch only after payment has been confirmed.<\/p>\n

    Delivery time<\/h2>\n

    The estimated delivery time is shown or communicated after order confirmation. It can vary according to product availability, wilaya, courier operations, public holidays, weather, accessibility, and the accuracy of the customer\u2019s contact and address information.<\/p>\n

    Late delivery<\/h2>\n

    When Silver Gaming does not respect an agreed delivery deadline, the customer may exercise the remedies provided by applicable Algerian e-commerce rules. Where those rules apply, a product delivered late may be returned unchanged within four working days from its actual delivery, without affecting the customer\u2019s right to claim proven damage.<\/p>\n

    Customer delivery information<\/h2>\n

    The customer must provide a correct full name, reachable telephone number, wilaya, commune, and complete home address when home delivery is selected. Silver Gaming is not responsible for delay caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer information.<\/p>\n

    Checking the parcel<\/h2>\n

    Before acceptance, the customer should check the external condition of the parcel, the order reference, and the number of packages as far as the courier permits. A parcel that is visibly opened, seriously damaged, or clearly different from the order should be reported to the courier and to Silver Gaming immediately.<\/p>\n

    When the courier does not permit opening before acceptance or signature, the customer should photograph or record the sealed parcel and the opening process immediately after receipt, especially when damage is suspected.<\/p>\n

    Accepted parcels and change of mind<\/h2>\n

    After a correct and conforming parcel has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be returned only because the customer changed their mind, found a lower price, no longer wants the item, or selected an incompatible model whose compatibility was correctly described. Defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming products, and products delivered after an agreed deadline where the applicable rules allow a return, remain subject to the Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.<\/p>\n

    Refused or failed delivery<\/h2>\n

    If a confirmed, correct, and undamaged parcel is refused without a valid reason, or delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the parcel may be returned to Silver Gaming. Re-delivery may require payment of an additional delivery charge, and any approved refund may exclude documented delivery and return costs where permitted.<\/p>\n

    Delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect orders<\/h2>\n

    Contact us with the order number and supporting photographs when an order is late beyond the communicated estimate, missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. We will investigate with the courier and arrange the appropriate continued delivery, replacement, repair, or refund according to the confirmed situation.<\/p>\n
