Because many of our products are digital or delivered instantly, refund eligibility depends on the type of product and the delivery status of the order.

Refunds May Be Accepted

Refunds may be accepted if the order has not been delivered, the product is unavailable, or there is a confirmed issue from our side.

Digital Products

Digital products such as gift cards, game codes, vouchers, and PINs are usually non-refundable once delivered, revealed, emailed, downloaded, redeemed, or used. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical items.

Game Top-Ups

For direct game top-ups, refunds are usually not possible once the top-up has been successfully sent to the player ID, account ID, server, region, or other account details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for entering correct account information before confirming the order.

Important: If a customer provides the wrong player ID, wrong server, wrong region, or wrong account details, Silver Gaming Store may not be able to cancel or refund the order after delivery.

Hardware & Physical Products

For hardware and physical accessories, refund or return eligibility depends on the condition of the product, delivery status, and the reason for the request. Items must usually be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with original packaging when a return is accepted.

Non-Refundable Cases

Product already delivered, used, redeemed, activated, or revealed.

Wrong player ID, wrong account, wrong server, or wrong region entered by the customer.

Customer changed their mind after the order was delivered or processed.

Delay caused by incorrect or incomplete information from the customer.

Gift cards, codes, or digital items that have been revealed or sent.

When a Refund Can Be Approved

The order has not yet been processed or delivered.

The product is unavailable and cannot be delivered.

There is a confirmed technical issue from Silver Gaming Store.

The payment was duplicated and only one order was delivered.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment method, bank, or payment provider. After we submit the refund, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in the customer’s account.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact our support team before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Opening a dispute without contacting support may delay the review process. We reserve the right to provide delivery proof, order logs, and account information to the payment provider when required.
