You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate Player IDs and delivery emails for digital products, and an accurate name, reachable phone number, wilaya, commune, and address for physical delivery.

All prices are shown in the store’s displayed currency. Physical-order delivery fees are not free and are added according to the selected wilaya and delivery method before confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, obviously mispriced, cannot be confirmed, or cannot reasonably be delivered.

• Don’t use the store for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Don’t attempt to resell, exploit, or manipulate codes, promotions, or pricing errors.
• Don’t interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.

Digital items are delivered electronically after online payment confirmation. Physical hardware is paid online during checkout and dispatched within Algeria only after payment confirmation.

A correct and conforming hardware parcel that has been delivered and accepted cannot be returned only because the customer changed their mind. Claims involving defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming products, and products delivered after an agreed deadline where applicable rules allow a return, remain subject to the Refund & Return Policy and applicable mandatory rights. The Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the revised terms.
